Employee Training

As an organisation, we place great emphasis on training. Experience has shown that by investing in the employee we are able to sustain, as a product, the benefit of service, consistency and reliability. All our staff are trained internally to British Institute of Cleaning Science (B.I.C.S) Standards.

This is performed through our in-house training officer. All staff are given certificates as a product of their achievement.

Site Services is a corporate member of B.I.C.S.

Specialist training courses are sought from our external suppliers in order to add value to our services for our customers. An example of these courses is the B.I.C.S approved, Food Premises Cleaning Certificate (F.P.C.C), which includes a variety of modules ranging from industrial kitchen cleaning through to food processor/manufacturer factory equipment cleaning.

By developing our employees we are able to offer high standards, higher productivity levels and a greater awareness of customer needs within our workforce.

Service Levels

Born from the beliefs of the managing director of the company, that service levels can be guaranteed, we will go to extra ordinary lengths to ensure we meet our promise to our customers regarding labour levels. One off cost implications in order to keep our promises are not an issue.
