ABOUT SITE SERVICES

Site Services was incorporated as a private limited company, primarily as a facilities management organisation, which boasts national skip hire, waste management and contract cleaning as its primary activities.

Its founder Mr C F Dear had one initial objective; to build a successful, profitable company with a constant pro-active management, improving reliability and quality of service while placing huge emphasis on customer care.

OVERVIEW

We provide cleaning and waste management services to a wide variety of different size businesses and organisations in varying industries across the UK. Firm beliefs are placed on the shoulders of our in-house training schemes as well as external courses being sought in order to establish a focused and well-educated work force.

We consider our staff as an investment for the future, and with this in mind we have set about enhancing a feeling of 'pride of place' for all of our employees through training schemes, bonus schemes and through encouraging teamwork through out all levels of our company hierarchy.

Customer care beliefs are met through pro-active management and a general willingness to help our customers. Operational systems and constant monitoring of our existing accounts ensures we use our management and expertise, not that of our customers, to ensure that our accounts run smoothly.
